Can I use Reviews without the callback widget?
Yes. Reviews has its own setup, so you can start requesting customer reviews without configuring call routing or installing the callback widget. Callback tools are available when you need them.
Where will my customers leave their reviews?
Choose a direct link to a configured review destination, such as Google or Trustpilot, or a branded RoundRobin feedback page. On the RoundRobin page, customers can leave a rating, written feedback and an optional voice note, then visit your public review destinations. RoundRobin feedback is not automatically published as a Google or Trustpilot review.
What can I automate?
Send individual requests from your dashboard, or connect a Google Sheet and enable automatic requests. Choose the customer columns, sending hours and daily or weekly limit. Add customers to the sheet after the service milestone you choose; RoundRobin checks eligible rows and sends within those settings. Timed reminders follow up on eligible unfinished requests. Completing a job in another system does not trigger a request unless you connect that workflow.
Do customers have to record a voice review?
No. Voice feedback is optional on the RoundRobin feedback page. Customers can write their feedback instead. Voice notes are collected in RoundRobin; they are not posted to Google as audio reviews.
How are review requests charged?
Each initial review-request SMS accepted for sending uses one credit from your shared plan allowance. Calls use the same allowance at their applicable rates. A request does not guarantee delivery, a response or a published review. See Pricing for the current plans and credit rules.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Create an account, verify your email, choose a plan and add a payment card to start your 14-day trial. There is no setup fee. You can cancel before the trial ends if it is not a fit.
